Any Member A Electrician in Irving?

#1

Post by carlson1 »

Having a hard time reaching the internet so please email. So we have any forum members that are electrician?

My house was hit with lightning early this morning and house filled with smoke. Fire Department came out and put out any flames. The second round hit and all of the wires came down from the house and partial from the pole. Just our house no other neighbor has power issues.

I absolutely do not want to have Oncor turn on electricity and then the house catch on fire and burn down. We had smoke coming from electrical outlets and appliances go out. I have no clue what the damage is going to be.

TIA

Carl

I can't help with electrician recommendations, but will be praying for you, and for a safe, quick, and not-too-expensive resolution.

Very sorry to hear about such damage.

I know of a couple of electricians but sadly none that I would recommend. I will ask around though.

Thank you all so much. Electric is still an issue. We are so thankful the house was only slightly damaged by the lightning strike and fire. However now our plumbing has been repaired and the facilities are now working.

After 118 hours without power is on. We have one room and some plugs that were damaged during the lightning strike. We sure hope for a honest electrician.

I have a call into two electricians. One Crossfire recommended and one more. It appears they are very busy and I am not the only one in need.
