Shipping Firearms Just Became Harder

I guess I have shipped my last firearm. It means sending them in for warranty work or repair just became more expensive.

I freaking hate the left. I'm a capitalist, but I've gotten to where I hate corporations too. They wield social and political power WAY out of proportion to their numbers. In other words, they’ve taken on roles outside of that of money-generators for their shareholders, and it can only be described as evil. "The privatization of tyranny" is a very apt description. Something HAS to give!

:iagree: Guess we need a freedom minded person like Andrew Gorba to create a new common carrier.

The war on guns has many fronts...the common carrier front has been overrun.

The USPS restriction on non-FFL dealers mailing handguns needs to be lifted. It is a government institution violating civil rights.

I’m inclined to agree, and the GOP has proven to not have enough stones over the years to fix this stuff. I notice that John Cornyn is particularly silent on the subject. But don’t worry…I’m sure they’ll save us… :banghead:

:iagree: When he sided with the Democrats on the gun package after the shooting in Uvalde I wrote him off.

What is a non FFL dealer?
Basically, anybody who does not hold a Federal Firearms Licenses to deal in the trade of firearms. I certainly could have stated that better.
There are different types of Federal Firearms Licenses; https://www.atf.gov/firearms/listing-fe ... -licensees Some are dealers, and some are not.
ATF simply says handguns are not mailable. https://www.atf.gov/firearms/qa/may-non ... al-service
USPS has a long list of qualifiers and disqualifiers on who may mail a handgun to whom. https://pe.usps.com/text/pub52/pub52c4_009.htm

I am wondering if they will still ship ammo. They were one of the few shippers to ship ammo.

Yes, we can vote our way out of this. It will happen when we start voting from the rooftops.
