The Physics of Freedom is a new way to look at the idea of freedom from a scientific perspective.
The Physics Law Behind Any Successful System
I'm not sure if the author has this down exactly right. He talks about freedom of "flow" but not in terms of rights such as self-preservation... but it is a new paradigm for looking at an ancient question.
It is certainly true that America has proven that freedom of information, ideas, trade, money, association, etc have a proven track record of success.
He states: "if you obstruct the flow of the system, you function in, you will be part of its demise." There is certainly truth to that, but there are plenty of authoritarians that would rather be in charge of a failing ant hill than nothing at all... so while it's a great parable, I think there is more to freedom than removing obstructions.
