From another news source I have not linked to here: the pistol was a Smith and Wesson Bodyguard .380, with laser. She had a total of 13 rounds in 2 OEM mags, and had 36 rounds loaded into a 50 round drum mag, plus more loose rounds. I am assuming the 13 rounds = two 6 round mags, +1 in the chamber.
