I don't think their propaganda campaign is going all that well:

Almost half of U.S. voters think FBI acting as Biden's personal 'Gestapo'
Republicans were much more likely to agree with the characterization, with 64% saying the FBI acts as Biden’s “personal gestapo” compared to only 30% of Democrats.

Democracy under fire. The insurrectionists are heavily armed.

Jan 6 being used now as a reason to end 2nd amendment.
Hahahaha.

Capitol Police officer who was cleared in the murder of Ashley Babbit refused to be interviewed.

Which is his right.

But since he refused to give his side, how did they conclude he did not just murder her or have a ND?

Retired Firefighter pleaded guilty to parading in a government building, faces 6 months in prison. He sent a selfie to his brother in law who is a federal agent.

Glad we are paying so much attention to this, I’m sure it’s not taking away our efforts at real crime.

Trespass and vandalism are also real crimes.

And those that broke things, vandalized, stole things and did other damage should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Those that removed fences and barricades, took down signs that said prohibited area, or encouraged people to enter a now unlabeled restricted area or conspired to get these things accomplished by hiring them for the purpose, ordering or instucting them to accomplish these items or creating a program to get this accomplished or purposefully restricted security at the Capitol so that this could occur, should also be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. This would include any federal employees or federal appointees or elected officials.

Those persons who were waved into the Capitol by the Capitol Police or mistakenly entered a restricted area without force and who simply walked around and took selfies, walked between the velvet ropes and then left should have their charges dropped. Under no circumstances should they be held in solitary confinement for a year and a half.

4 Texans convicted in Jan 6 riot.

If you damaged or broke something or fought with police, shame on you. You turned a positive Trump event where the press would have marveled at the millions who were there, into something entirely negative about Trump and his supporters.

If you wandered in and respected the place, I’m sorry you were duped into going inside. They played you badly.

So Dr. Gold gets 60 days in jail and Biden who stole the election is still a free man? :banghead:

Breaking: a number of Stephen Colbert staff members have been arrested for illegal entry into the Capitol tonight.

They were without escort and had no credentials.

It will be interesting to see if they are put in solitary confinement for a year awaiting trial and sentenced to 2 months in prison.

I recently watched an interview of Bill Barr done by Uncommon Knowledge (Hoover Institute). Barr stated that Trump was warmed early on that the left would do things to steal the election and that he needed to put together a legal team to fight and stop the left from doing so. Trump did not take that advice and lost the election that he would have won if the left had not been able to game the election (republican legal group to stop the left in court before the election) in those critical states. Trump has no one to blame but himself.

I hope that the republicans do a much better job of corralling the left and their games going forward.

On Wednesday, June 16th, 7 people broke into the US Capitol building.
They spent a night in jail.
Not 18 months in jail - a single night.
These people happen to be democrats.
