Alcee Hastings was actually impeached by the House, convicted by the Senate for bribery and perjury, and removed from being a Federal Judge. Yet he was allowed to serve in the House.

Trump was impeached twice on completely bogus charges and the Dems are still throwing hissy fits. Would be hilarious if Trump would run for seat that Alcee vacated...and win.

This would be great fun, but I I doubt Trump lives in the right district to run for that seat, and even if he officially moved there now he wouldn’t have enough residency time. Not that that would stop him if he were a Democrat.

But it would be so much fun
