One source says Statement was "revised" as 9 were discovered, all said Trump but 2 were "RE-sealed meaning someone "opened" them and they can't tell who was supposed to be voted for (THIS creates more questions ... Are Union members who endorsed Biden opening mail?)

The USPS cannot be depended upon to consistently deliver first class mail, even mail with tracking numbers. Add in the almost total indifference of the entire organization about their poor performance and you have to ask why in the world we should allow them to have a large influence on electing anyone, much less the President.

Mail in voting should be rare and strictly controlled.

I applied for mail in ballot, I'm thinking with covid-19 lines are going to be long, since I'm over 65 I can use mail in. I'm concerned about the post office delivery, found out I can drop off the ballot to County Clerk satellite office, which I'll do.

I think that I am going to vote in person this year. If I understand it correctly I simply take my unused mail-in ballot with me, turn it in, and I can then vote in person.

And then not have it counted. Since they won't like you signature or you missed a box or someone else already voted for you, or it was naked or ...

Better to use the computer voting machine had have your ballot just not counted because there is no paper record and someone just added some random numbers to Biden's total somewhere in the bowels of the "voting center" being run by who knows who.
