I have a problem with this statement from the judge:

Prior to her statement, Judge Moyé said she must see the errors of her ways and “understand that the society cannot function where one’s own belief in a concept of liberty permits you to flaunt your disdain for the rulings of duly elected officials.”

My thoughts as well. He's saying obey a politicians edicts or suffer the consequences. You vill obey und you vill do it now!

Agreed. Could also use some volunteers to help block walk among other activities. Donations help, but volunteers are the life blood of any political campaign.

Moye has also shared some harsh words toward Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas for acting as a traitor his own African-American heritage for his critiques of the civil rights movement under President Ronald Reagan....To this day, Moye also remains active in satellite Harvard groups, including the Harvard Club of Dallas and serves as the president of the Harvard Law School Association of Texas.

Since Clarence Thomas supports the Constitution, from this I gather Moye is an ivy league elitist who believes in race based politics and hates the US Constitution. That being true he shouldn't be a judge. Certainly not in Texas.
