Prior to her statement, Judge Moyé said she must see the errors of her ways and “understand that the society cannot function where one’s own belief in a concept of liberty permits you to flaunt your disdain for the rulings of duly elected officials.”

Our elected officials are letting felons out of jail so they can put working, law-abiding people in.
it's socially unacceptable to be ahead of your time.

So my comment to have Gov Abbott pardon her immediately apparently cannot happen. The Board of Pardons and Paroles must approve a pardon. But I say get the wheels moving on this.

This is one of the things that makes me think the whole thing was an indoctrination process as opposed to anything having to do with safety. It is the only explanation for this process.

It wasn't that she put the public's safety at risk. She disobeyed them. Thats the way tyrants react. She should have told the judge to shove it. If your gonna go to jail give them a good reason to send you.

Judge violated constitution.
High time when you violate someone’s constitutional rights, you go to jail no matter who you are.

Constitution doesn’t apply to judges, the left wing ones to be specific.

The state's Lt. Gov., Dan Patrick, however, had a creative suggestion for handling Luther's punishment: not only would he pay her $7,000 fine but he volunteered to be under house arrest so she could continue serving her clients and earn money to feed her children.
