Re: Grand-daughter - first time shotgunner
Congratulations
My grand daughter is now 16 but she started shooting at 6 but with 22’s. At 10 she wanted to shoot skeet so I bought her a 20 ga.She did well but by time she was 12 she wanted to try my 12 ga. Needless to say she now has a Remington 1100 (was mine) and just got her a Mossberg 500 all in 12ga. At 12 she was 5’6” and about 85 lbs. she is now 6’ and around 110 lbs. at 17. She still loves to shoot but bowling has gotten her heart

Excellent shooting. The important thing is that she had fun.
