Meat Market In DFW?

Does anyone know of a butcher shop/meat market in the DFW area other than Rudolph's in Dallas? I don't think there are any left in grocery stores.

What part of town, Carlson? There is a great little butcher @ Beltline and Coit if that's in your area. Not a huge selection, but what they do have is amazing.

I am in Irving, but do not mind driving. I can't find a good market over here. Especially when it comes to pork belly. It is very hard to find.

We go to Fischer's in Muenster. It's worth the drive.

Goodnight in the morning! If they have a Perry's, go there. Great stuff. I don't know if they have any in Dallas but if you are ever in Houston, I would go out of my way to visit a Perry's in a heartbeat.
Just some guy's opinion.

Dan's Meat and Produce in Denton.

Old School Counter Service. We get the Prime Rib Roast for Christmas every year from this place and it is top notch.

That's where we go. Wife says it's awesome.

Believe it or not, we get most of our meat from Sams Club. Good quality meat and they will cut what you need.

Funny story about Rudolph's. We had never heard of them until my wife got her cell phone back in the 90's. Then she started getting all of these calls for Rudolph's. Come to find out, her number was the same as theirs but they had a 214 and hers was 972. We decided to go try them out. Wasn't overly impressed with their meat, mostly because it was over priced but do love their beef jerky.
