Trump's at 265. He'll get to 270 before Texas gets itself organized.

Do you think they are deliberating delaying so they can be the last state to vote for Trump? Looks like Montana is the only other state left to vote for Trump; they have only 3 votes, so it won't be enough to put Trump over the top, who has 265 at the moment.
