I know there are many of you who have watched Captain Higgins' Crime Stopper Video's. This is a sad lost to the people in his Parish in Louisiana. A man of character, integrity, and principles. We have lost this in America.

I very much enjoyed his crime stoppers videos. I'm sure another parish in LA will pick him up. Or, he may run for Sheriff himself.
