Make Ready TV isn't new, but they do have an very impressive collection of training videos.
What is new is that a substantial amount of those videos are now available free for viewing online. Essentially you get to preview significant sections of the video (try before you buy). The full videos can be viewed for as little as $2 each.
I have been pleasantly surprised.
