Thanks for the link. I'm not a bird hunter, but I do like Viszlas as all-around dogs. This breed looks interesting too.

Interesting. At first glance I would have taken it for some variation of a German Shorthaired Pointer, just on looks alone. But these apparently run quite a bit smaller. Perhaps the progenitor mentioned in the article is closer to the GSP?
