Post by lildave40 »

I apologize if this is a dumb question. I have been fighting cancer this past year and finally on the mend. My CHL Expire at the end of this month. I have renewed but this is my question. Do I have to wait until I get my renewed chl License? Also How long is the general wait?

I renewed 6 months before expiration. Received new plastic 15 days later.

You must have current LTC "in hand" to carry.

MPA should still apply though, even though you can’t carry outside your vehicle until you have plastic in hand.

PS: I pray for a full recovery for you.

Congratulations and God Speed on your recovery... I only had stage 1 (twice) and it's still a rough road to travel....
