Do you give them your money or refuse to do any business with them?

With exceptions of our movie theaters. All of them are posted both 06/07.

Many folks on here consider the presence of a 30.06 to be "Don't carry in here, if we see it we will orally notify you so we are not posting a 30.07." meanwhile a 30.07 sign is considered to be nothing more than a dress code since the party who posted it knows enough to post it it is logical to assume they know that 30.06 is required to ban CC as well.

Its hard to say I 100% refuse.
In some cases, there are no alternatives if you need their product/service (medical is more what I am referring to)

If it is a restaurant or retail store that prevents me from carrying (concealed), then I will go elsewhere.
I have upset my wife more than 1 time by pulling in, walking to the door and saying "babe, we can't eat here". She gives me "the look" but does understand (most of the time).

I generally refuse to go anywhere that has a 30.06 sign as they have stripped me of my best chance of self-defense should worse come to worst.

I will grumble about a 30.07, but realize it is essentially a dress code. Some people are freaked out by the sight of inanimate objects and some businesses have chosen to try to placate all of their customers by not allowing those inanimate objects to be seen by those who are offended/scared by them. It is generally easy to cover my handgun as I'm usually carrying IWB.

No, conditionally. With the exception of hospitals and similar venues, I have found it easy enough to avoid 30.06 and/or 30.07 posted locations.

For example, since HEB has posted 30.07, I find myself choosing to shop at Walmart unless I want something that only HEB carries. Conditional preference, not an absolute.

Now, thanks to TAM, I find myself yearning for a Kel-Tec Sub 2000 in 9mm so I can remain armed while visiting folks in a hospital.

While I treat the .07 signs as a dress code, I hope that most will be removed as time and real experience will overcome false fear. As far as the .06 signs are concerned I do not do business with them unless I have no other choices. Going to the Doctor or visiting hospitals fall into the category of no other choice. Getting gas, groceries and other necessities, I still have choices and I notice it seems to be more choices than just a few months ago.

I do everything I can to avoid businesses who post 30.06, I will cover up at a 30.07 posted business. I am fortunate in that there are very few businesses in my area, that post either sign. HEB is one exception. (30.07) I can find other options for the businesses that post 30.06. The only place I have been in the past year that posted 30.06 was hospitals to visit friends or relatives, and I have not even bought anything out of a vending machine there.

So if you were in a car accident and needed life saving emergency room care you would refuse it if they were posted? Give your life up for the cause?

Except for medical, I won't go to a 30.06 posted business. 30.07 I will just cover up.

Good point on the medical. Would be a little awkward getting a prostate check for example with a Glock IWB.
