The Caymans feel a little bit like Texas
Seen in a liquor store in Grand Cayman today.
I love the sound smell of jet fuel in the morning.

In the Cayman Islands, the right to private gun ownership is not guaranteed by law.

Yeeep. I was at Grand Cayman a few years ago and felt a little uncomfortable, even though it was beautiful. The Annoyed Man wrote:In the Cayman Islands, the right to private gun ownership is not guaranteed by law.
Though it DID feel a lot safer than the eastern Caribbean islands. Some of those are scary

you do realize that the caymen islands are English held territory and subject to the same laws as England. If the owner tries to do any of those things he goes to jail

There has been quite a spike in violent crimes recently in Cayman. Several attacks by vagrants hiding in the mangroves on seven mile beach.
