Obviously the answer may vary from situation to situation, but in general...

The only place I go that has been posted is IKEA when the better half says so.

That 30.06 sign is like kicking a man when he is down, isn't it?

I do not enter the establishment, and I express displeasure to the proprietors or upload to texas3006.com.

Couldn't find a strikethrough feature, so I made the non-relevant part smaller.

Ditto. I disarm & enter if I HAVE to enter the facility (posted hospital, etc). But if it's like a shopping center or other store, I find someplace else to buy what I need.

:iagree:

I suppose I should have chosen other too, but in all cases when I encounter a 30.06 sign, I get the mailing address and besides handing a card to someone in apparent authority, if one is available, I send them a snail mail letter with another card and explain why they are creating gun free victim rich environments.

I can't imagine why anyone would voluntarily disarm and enter.

I only encounter them, for the most part, when making deliveries on the job. I have no choice but to disarm and remain silent so that my firm doesn't loose money in already difficult times. I don't patron businesses with 30.06 signs in my own time. Non 30.06 signs (gun busters and the like) I'm carrying, they can pound sand for all I care.

I don't voluntarily give money to businesses that ban stuff I have under my clothes. Doesn't matter if it's religious symbols, guns, body art, or boxer shorts.

In these tough economic times, I don't waste time on businesses that don't want my money.

I put other since it varies. It depends on when I see it, I.E. if well inside the premises for instance. Also, many times I have entered a place, gone out a different door and THEN saw it. Also depends on why I'm there, is it an emergency or not? If it is I may not have the time or inclination to comply. IF I see it well before I get in the building, me and my money are going somewhere else.
