Eligibility

Hello, I'm new to the forum and I have an eligibility question.

7 years ago I pled guilty to 4 misdemeanor charges in the State of Kentucky. One of the charges was originally a felony/assault charge but was downgraded to misdemeanor to which I plead guilty (I was in the Army (Iraq Vet) and there was a large fist fight at a local bar as commonly happens). All 4 charges were all on the same incident which was Kentucky Jurisdiction not UCMJ. They were assault, intoxication, resisting arrest, fleeing arrest. I received non-monitored probation and continued in the Army. I received an honorable discharge a year later when my commitment was up (did 6 years in the Army; wife was ready for me to get out). This is my only arrest and I have had no other interaction with Law enforcement before or after - other than 2 traffic tickets.

Does this disqualify me? Obviously I will be listing these but I am trying to verify if this is a eligibility issue.

Thanks for your time!
