Paperwork

I sent my packet on 3/1/13 and put on my online app that I did have a dwi in 2005. Do i need to send any paperwork with probation details? I would assume they have access to all of this and would use their own sources for arrest records instead of something I would provide. I know what assuming does! Anyone have experience with this? Thanks

You'll need to contact the court where it happened, and get a certified disposition. And welcome to the forum.

Thanks! So once I get the certified disposition I need to send it to the same address I sent my original packet to?

You might give them a call to let them know that you're aware you neglected to include it.
