Could someone else with an iPhone or iPad try clicking the first link on this URL? No linger working on my iPhone; I suspect because it's a Java link.
https://www.tabc.state.tx.us/PublicInquiry/Default.aspx" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

I don't know what it's normally supposed to look like, but it looks like it works on my iPhone running iOS5.1
EDIT: I see it is a java link (hold down the url until it asks if you want to open it or cancel). Whether I tap on the link, or hold and select open, a new page appears that seems to be the lookup page.

I keep this URL on my Iphone to go right to the certificate inquiry page, if that is your goal anyway
http://www.tabc.state.tx.us/PublicInquiry/Status.aspx" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Thanks, everyone. What I realize now is the when I used Chrome, the link wouldn't work; but under Safari, it does.

Not sure on the iPhone, but on the iPad I had the same issue with Chrome. However, at least on the Chrome for iPad, there is a pull down menu on the top right corner (3 horizontal lines). If you click on it, one of the options is "Request Desktop Site". Once you select that, it works just fine.
