I will be attending tomorrow w my GF. I tried looking up to see if it were legal to carry there, but to no avail on their site. I searched the forums here and saw one from 2 years ago, so I don't know what their policy is now.
Anyone have any problems carrying? 30.06/51%?
Thanks in advance, fellas.

Well.. It looks like you're good to go. I did see a 51% sign, but it was located at the beer I don't know if that's valid or not. I didn't see any on any of the entrances nor any 30.06. Only place I saw it was at the beer vendors.. Weird. Just a heads up to who's going. I had an awesome time. Make sure y'all go early to get parking.
Cheers.

Oh, and just to let you know that there are sheriffs and officers scattered about everywhere in the park. It's comforting. I also spotted a sheriff at the front gate carrying a full size 1911 cocked and locked. I wanted to give that guy a hug. lol.
Again, cheers..

They have beer and cops to keep us safe? Guess the Glock will stay at home so I can have a couple! Thanks for the report.

We went in through the side gate and there was a 51% sign there.

Really? Where was it located? I usually never miss signs because I hate not carrying. I double checked before we left (same entrance) to see if there was any. I didn't see anything.
Maybe considering it was a Friday, they didn't have it posted or something? I went to the entrance that kind of threw you right into the carnival area.

If you were looking at the grounds from 16 it would be the back right corner. I don't know how they qualify for a 51% unless the beer is sold by the fairgrounds and each food both is considered separate.

What color was the 51% sign?

It's a common complaint with temporary licenses for festivals. Some bowling alleys have a similar problem where the company running the bar is a different compoany than the bowling alley, so the bar easily makes more than 51% and the bowling alley revenue is irrelevant.
It's no help for the bowling alley situation but 46.035(b)(1) is clear that it applies only inside "a building or a portion of a building" for 51% businesses.

The sign was a legit red sign only bigger that the ones you see in bars. Didnt much matter because the wife is a fan of strawberry wine and I kinda like my beer so we took the kiddos for our DD's, left the bang bang at home and had a great time!

My GF tried the wine but didn't like it. I admit though, I drank some and loved it. I bought me a bottle. :)
Glad y'all had a great time. We did, too.
