There were issues with the online registration on Sat. Sept. 10th., including mine I was told there are 20 or so applications whose data did not get into the system. To resolve it you need to call them to request the IT group get your information into the system. The phone number is 512-424-7293, M-F 8-5. It may take another week for the information to get entered before you can schedule your fingerprint appointment.

I don't recommend resubmitting as you may end up paying twice and not get any money back.
