Anyone know if it's possible to get a new picture for my CHL? I'd call but I don't think DPS is open on Saturdays

Why do you want to do this? Unless the picture isn't you or doesn't look like you I wouldn't think that you could do it.

Maybe he started working out and is now buff and cut and wants the pic to reflect that?WildBill wrote:Welcome to the forum.mdehoogh wrote:Anyone know if it's possible to get a new picture for my CHL?

Re: CHL picture
Are you renewing? If you are renewing you can change the pic when you send in your renewal CHL 100. I don't know if you can change the pic on a current license.

When I took the class and got the picture made, I had long shaggy hair but I've since changed to a much shorter crew cut and I look quite a bit different. I just wanted a more up-to-date pic
Thanks for the welcome :)

I told my instructor that my picture makes me look like a felon, but he didn't want to retake it.mdehoogh wrote:When I took the class and got the picture made, I had long shaggy hair but I've since changed to a much shorter crew cut and I look quite a bit different. Seriously, if it doesn't look like you, call the DPS on Monday and ask. If they are not concerned, then you shouldn't be.

The descriptives (height, weight, etc) all appear to be completely correct! Looks like one of those "gangsta" rats on the Kia commercials!
