Sadly a lot of the OC guys come across this way...

I would like to see OC legal, but I have other priorities and the folks at OCDO were too much like the star of that video in the last session for my own comfort to get me to support their efforts this session.

Oh man, when he pulled out his Texas size pistol I about lost it. Woke up all the dogs. On the other hand, anti's seeing that vid would not be laughing. The guy sets back the image of gun owners quite some distance and I agree some of the OC promoters come across too much like this guy.

If you want it "here" do this:
between the [ you tube ] codes put the youtube link, " onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; but then remove the www.

like

but without the extra spaces I inserted in the codes after youtube before the ]

FWIW, the forum software does not permit you to inject html into your posts, including the <iframe> tags.

There are so many errors in the the first minute of two of that video that I can't be bothered to watch the rest of it, except perhaps to amuse myself.

Honestly, Alaskans are required to open carry on their belt? Please, hippie. Go get yourself some facts and leave that peace pipe alone. Not to mention that when he states that A) a .500 S&W revolver is the only legitimate sidearm, or B) that you can't effectively carry a large frame pistol other than OWB, he ignores my M&P 45 or 5" 1911 in a shoulder holster, or any number of people who carry full sized semi-autos IWB, etc., etc.

The guy is a dope.

I made it about 20 seconds in to the video before I closed the window.

Me, I'm what you'd consider to be just an average guy. Not a gun fanatic. I'm not the kind that has to carry everywhere I go, but I carry when I want to. I'm just the guy you see when you're out and about, hanging with his family. White bread with PB&J America.

That said, this guy strikes me as a kook and a looney. If he's trying to "win" people with his argument, he utterly fails. People like him make "guns" look, well, revolting. He provides nothing but fodder for the anti's.

I don't know, but something like that (him), makes you start to see where Gun Control people come from. Diffintly not a good role model for the responsible gun owner.

I have to assume this is satire, and as such is pretty funny. He does illustrate a good point--conceal where you wish, but think about retrieval. Happy I live in VA (but visit TX often) I can open carry, but I am a concealed girl. The local MOPS (mothers of preschoolers) get a strange look on their face when then see a mama packing so I keep it underwraps.
