I moved and did the required CoA within a couple days. The CHL folks were great - I had my new corrected CHL weeks before my new driver's license.
Now the question. I seem to remember that I am supposed to do something with my old license - return it to DPS? For some reason, I think I remember my instructor saying something like that, but there were no such instructions with the new license.
What am I supposed to do with the old license?
Thanks -
bob

Re: change of address?
They do say to return it so they can destroy it, or you can destroy it also , you just cant have 2 active licenses at one time
