Wally Walk, Subway /gas station walk DONE!

#1

Post by sgerry »

Man, at first this thing (PT 145 Taurus) felt like it weighed 200lbs, and EVERYONE was looking at it. I made a conscious effort to not touch it, and walk normally.

No problems, and by the time i got home it felt like a cellphone on the waist, a deadly cell phone.... :tiphat:

thanks for all the information before i applied and got my plastic everyone!!
great forum, glad to be a part of it.

Great Wally Walk, etc!

I know the exact feeling as my weapon is a PT111, so same size, and very similar weight.
I have had my plastic just a month or so, and really only a few days after getting my plastic, it was normal - and very weird that is that comfortable already. Nowhere near as hard to get used to as I had imagined.

Mine did not have pics, cuz my wife would not take them. She thought it was even silly that I would ask about printing the very first day I carried! "rlol"

Alright. I have only had my plastic back for about one month now.I had one that expired 6 years ago so i sorta went through the
growing pains of carrying again, also a differant gun to. Before i had a S&W 380 and now have a LCP.
I did go out and buy a KImber Ultra Carry II 45 ACP and soon as my Super Tuck gets here i'm going to carry that.
I also ordered a Crossbreed Snap Slide for my Glock 33 that i might try some as well. I never go anyplace without my CCW anymore.
Well except when i go out to the Air Force Base...can't carry there.

CONGRATULATIONS ON YOUR FIRST TIME OUT !!

Same gun I carried on my Wally Walk and Dinner out afterwards.

It felt heavy, it poked me, I couldn't wait to get home and get it off.
That all changed with time and the addition of a proper belt.

A year later and it's not even a thought.
