concealed means concealed!

Tinseltown in the Woodlands, this afternoon...saw a guy carrying OWB at 3 o'clock under a black t-shirt. From the outline it looked like a Glock. He was slightly bent over at the time, drying his hands next to me. Saw him standing straight a few minutes later; you couldn't see it then but he was making some adjustments, moving it around. Understandable after sitting through a 2 hour movie.
After reading the recent "cuffed & stuffed" thread, I'd hate for it to happen to someone else. Maybe try an IWB holster? Be careful out there. :txflag:

There's a difference between printing and completely exposed to sunshine. Also, The Woodlands is pretty conservative compared to the mini Kalistans around Austin.

hooknbullet:

You should have helped a brother out and let him
know his Second Amendment was showing.

Then just suggest a slightly more voluminous T-shirt.

It would be so much cheaper to hear it from you than
"Put your hands on your head soon and don't move."
from the man in the uniform.

Slavish devotion to the law harms plenty, though.

So, why would you have called security? For what? He harmed no one, and broke no law (unless bending over constitutes "willful failure to conceal".

Sheesh , I hope you give it a real good read. I don't understand though why a guy who was printing would make you so mad. He could have been an LEO or other person who is authorized by law to carry openly.

The law says "intentional failure to conceal," not "printing while bending over in a rest room.

In your case, it might be a "capital" offense. :smilelol5:

Correct me if I'm wrong, but "printing" in itself is not against the law. Willful failure to conceal is not the same as printing.

As to the subject of the OP, I'd of let him know and if he took it with good humor, suggest an alternate method of concealment. I would hope if someone noticed mine, they would do the same.
