Does anyone know if you can carry at a fort worth cats game at Lagrqve field?

It is a professional sporting event. We cannot carry where ever they play.

Even though they are a minor league team they are still affiliated with the MLB. Even though they're not directly tied to a certain team, they are still tied to the Majors.

So, short answer, No you cannot carry to a Cats game.

Ahh-I thought this would be a thread about cats being allowed to carry in Ft. Worth. That would soooo cute.

I grew up going to LaGrave field. Go Cats!

They were a farm team of the Cubs, around that time. Go Cubs!

Actually, they're not affiliated in any way with MLB. The American Association, after all, is officially called the "American Association of Independent Professional Baseball". There are currently eight independent baseball leagues in America that have no ties to MLB. The Texas Collegiate League, among other summer leagues for college players, is not professional, even though the level of play and fan experience are pretty similar.

The law, as written, only makes it illegal to carry in the "premises" of a professional sporting event, under the PC 46.035(f)(3) definition, which means a "building or portion of a building".

I don't know about LaGrave Field; if you have to pass through a building to get to the seats, I'd call it off limits. If it's all outdoors, you'd be legal.

I would very much doubt you could get in anywhere in LaGrave field and be considered "legal" it's like a normal small ballpark, the stands built up from 3rd base to 1st base, then a little bit of bleachers out in right field, I don't think anyone would not call the built up stands a building, and you have to pass through there to get to any other portion of the field. I wouldn't carry there, just leave it in the car.
