I am not sure what the definition of premises or place is, but sounds like if they post with no roadway, one sign every three acres is adequate. If their posting meets the requirements listed here, then you can't carry. This part is also noteworthy. I talked with a Arkansas State Trooper in the past, and she confirmed that a gunbuster sign is not binding in Arkansas. The sign must have text in order to be enforceable.
