Simple answer:
Yes.

Non-simple answer:
They can only prevent you with a 30.06 sign, and since Busses, trains, and other public transportation are Government property... then 30.06 signs would have no effect anyways.

Actually, many buses, trains and other transportaiton methods are NOT government owned/ran. Greyhound is a good example.

i would imagine that the city bus would be one of the top ten places where a CHL would be needed . :shock:
