Problem getting records

#1

Post by Rugerboy9mm »

I have been trying to get my records from St. Roberts Mo and everyone i have talked to says they can't release them. I have talked to the Pulaski county court house, St. Roberts police station and the Prosecutors office. Anyone have any ideas??? :headscratch

I don't have a clue about MO law, but my suggestion is to include the information on your Texas CHL application and include a cover letter advising DPS of your efforts to get the documents. DPS can request the information, but it will delay the processing. (If there is a question as to whether a conviction was a felony or misdemeanor, then I wouldn't take this route as you don't get your application fee back if you are disqualified.)

Sorry I can't give you a better answer.

Chas.

Thanks for the advice. I know it wasen't a felony, it was for a bad check. But the for say's to include a certified copy from the courts. I talked to tom E and he said to list that on the paperwork and send it in, I just want to make every effort to get the correct info before I send off so it dosen't slow thing's up.

Just curious, have you checked http://www.publicdata.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;, criminal records to see if your data has been reported?
