poll: banks 30.06?
Not to hijack another post, I want to ask, how many of your banks are posted? Accurately or not?
I am a banker, and am glad my bank of employment is not a gun free zone, but I have seen 1 bank in town (on job interview) that was posted, and an ironic news clip of an armed robbery with a non compliant sign at the banks entrance.
So who all sees banks with out guns?

My bank is not posted & they have been robbed at gunpoint about 2yrs ago. A sign would not have stopped them.
Carry 24-7 or guess right.

My bank isn't posted with any kind of sign (compliant or non-compliant).

My bank has no silly signs, but the credit union that I used to use does. That reminds me, I need to close my savings account there, I have an incredible amount of 5 dollars there.

In this area:
Red River Federal Credit Union: proper 30.06 at all locations.
CapitalONE Bank: No anti-gun signs at any locations.
Century Bank: Ditto.
I bank with CapitalONE.

Non-compliant, but we bank there anyway.... usually through the Drive-thru. We only use the lobby if we absolutely have to, and I absolutely don't use the fannypack on those visits!

All guns have at least two safeties. One's digital, one's cognitive. In other words - keep the digit off the trigger until ready to fire, and THINK. Some guns also have mechanical safeties on top of those. But if the first two don't work, the mechanical ones aren't guaranteed. - me

The Regions bank in Friendswood and Pearland have 30.06 signs by the door. I do everything on-line so I seldom go there but if I do, I use the drive-through. I've emailed them about the signs but never got a response.

We use Bank of America. The branch we most often frequent is in Albertson's and that, of course, is not posted. But I have never seen one at any of the branches we have used, non-compliant or otherwise.

My old bank was posted, improperly in my opinion, so I changed, and told them exactly why.

My credit union Amplify (formerly IBM) is unposted and I have had great luck with them in general.
Re: poll: banks 30.06?
No signs with our personal accounts. One of the banks we use for the business has signs that read "No concealed weapons". The president is a friend so I inquired with him, knowing he was a gun guy, he told me the board was wanting to put up signs so he told them he would take care of it.
So he knowingly posted a non compliant sign.

My bank has a "ghostbusters" style sign right above the sign that thanks me for not smoking inside.
So I blow right by the first sign...but I DO put out my cigarette in my car's ashtray before I go in. :)

Re: poll: banks 30.06?
My bank has a non compliant sign at both doors. When I asked the President of the bank who I know has a concealed permit, he told me that was to cover unlicensed persons.
