...that's different from 30.06...but what I'm looking for may be in the same report...30.06 deals with signage/notification, in a place that would otherwise be legal to carry for a CHL holder but for the signage/notification...

...the category you posted would include PC46.03 and 46.035 arrests, also...

...thank you for this...it'll be a great resource...it looks like these may be all felony charges...and 30.06 isn't listed (Trespass by holder of license to carry concealed handgun)...it's a misdemeanor...I may have to call 'em on this one...

Me too neither....
I stated very early in this thread that DPS would not want to put written/emailed info into your hands. Hence the reason you are having to ask for it...you were never given this info the first time. I never thought that you were mistaken.
