In SA near 410 and Callaghan there used to be a lady that would go there after work for a couple of hours to beg for money. She was well dressed, sometimes in a dress and heals. She was interviewed and she said some days she made as much tax free begging on the corner for a couple of hours as she did all day at her secretarial job.
The property management company is responsible for handling this situation. You should document your notices to them in case something involving this guy happens.

Actually, many cities deal with their homeless problem by doing exactly what I described. New York, Sarasota, Ft. Lauderdale, San Diego, and many other cities do this. Example: http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2014/09/0 ... 66616.html

You may want to give the cops a small gift for their trouble, too. The gift should be of no cash value so they won't get in trouble, like some tasty cookies, tickets to a ball game or something. Make sure y'all watch the guy get on the bus to somewhere far away.

Well, it seems that it depends where (I-10) in Katy & somewhere & what they use it on. Obviously he didn't drink or do drugs, (verified, I already know what you're thinking,,,dealer)Lol! No, my son was at a Christmas party thrown by volunteers for several homeless people in Katy several weeks back, well one of them purchased a "$10k car" for himself, paid cash. (I'm sure IRS like to visit w/him). He'd use any coins for daily expenses & any paper money he'd save. It took 5 years. Bought a used Volkswagen.
