Was over near Jeff's long handgun table and these 4 guys were looking a 3-4 revolvers and pistols...one guy pulled out a wad of $100 bills...'nuf to choke the proverbial horse...you could almost see the cocaine flying off the paper.... This other guy and I just looked at one another wondering where their lemonade stand was! Lordy.
'Bout three minutes later the DPD LT made his announcement to the Dealers in the Hall....

Yep, I went to the show. It was packed Saturday with a long line still at 11am when I left.

Bought an HK USP Expert 9mm (used to have an Expert and Elite and sort of missed my Expert but all in all it was an impulse buy)!!!! Haven't shot it yet. Also bought 500 rounds of .38 super ammo which I thought I needed. Turns out I had 2000 rounds of it in unopened cartons that I had ordered awhile back so I guess that I won't run out of that for awhile!!!!

Picked up some magazines and other miscellaneous items and was outta there in about 2 hours....had a great time.

Well for once I'm glad I wasn't selling anything or I might have gotten some of those fake bills!!!! I got a fake $20 once....they wait until you're in a hurry and then dump it on you. It was obviously fake but like I said, they get you when you're in a hurry so that you don't really look at it closely.

Jeff's tables are the ones I make a B-line to..........he "got me" for 2 guns last market hall show and now one more (nearly 2). I was just excited to finally get my renewal in the mail. It was expired for a little over a month.....woe is me, I won't let that happen again. But it doesn't expire now until 2011!!!!!

Can't make it to the Big Town Show this weekend but might finally be able to get to the range. I have 5-6 new guns that I have never fired.....I can't believe it!!!!! Just haven't had the time.

Thanks for the "welcome aboard" longtooth
