Same as skin color, sex, job, local residence, personal relationships, etc. They make no difference in the law, but may make a difference to the cop, prosecutor or judge.

And sticking your tongue out at a deputy is not illegal either...But it is ill advised, because that could lead to a body cavity search...

This actually sounds like the voice of experience! :iagree: But then, I never have done such a thing.
