That's good, it changed. I researched this a while back and then it was owned by Center Operating Company.


I have to amend my response. I just checked DCCAD, and found this;

People smarter than me would have to figure it out. For me, if they post I certainly would not press the issue.

The other entities listed there are businesses that have a physical presence there and those numbers listed are for business properties but not real estate on the arena property(real estate).

Call DCAD and verify if you wish, but I have dealt with them and other appraisal districts for almost 40 years and have seen this before.
