So I got married and now my address has changed. I know I can change my address for my DL online. Can I also do the same for my CHL?

Yes. Go to the same place you did the initial application. Log in as a returning user and you will see a link to change your address.

You may get the new CHL before the new DL.

Will I still be able to carry while waiting on new plastic since I already have existing plastic or is it back to square one patiently waiting?

And just to add on to the above answers before you ask, once you get your new CHL, you can destroy your old one, frame it, use it for target practice, whatever, but you don't have to send the old back in. I say this because I had the same questions when I moved. :thumbs2:
