Question about FAST document

So I was about to submit a scan of my FAST document post-fingerprinting when I noticed the CHL Application ID# blank space. Am I supposed to fill this out, and if so where would I find that particular tidbit of information? Would that be the number beneath the barcode in the payment email from DPS?

EDIT: Found another post after a little searching, in case anyone else has a similar uncertainty.
