In addition here is the Oklahoma law. If I read it correctly he can get into trouble by just being in a vehicle with me. He knows I have a CHL

OUJI-CR 6-39

POSSESSING A FIREARM AFTER

A FELONY CONVICTION - ELEMENTS

No person may be convicted of possessing a firearm after conviction of a felony unless the State has proved beyond a reasonable doubt each element of the crime. These elements are:
First, knowingly and willfully;

Second, possessing/(having under one's immediate control)/(having in any vehicle one operates)/(having in any vehicle in which one is riding as a passenger)/(having at the place where the defendant resides);

Third, any pistol/(imitation/homemade pistol)/(machine gun)/(sawed-off shotgun/rifle)/(dangerous/deadly firearm);

Fourth, the defendant was convicted of a felony by the [Name of Court] Court of [Name of Jurisdiction] on [Date].

According to my Google fu, carry on private property in OK requires consent from the property owner.

Sounds like when your wife goes and sees her parents you get to stay in the motel.

What if we get pulled over and he is in the car and I have a CCW on me? I know he can't have one, hold one etc.. but am I OK having one when he is with me? Just want to stay on the right side of the law. Thanks..

Not your problem, that's HIS problem.

The stipulation was I could have no weapons or ammo in the house. Since he has moved out, I don't have to comply with that any longer. I just need to be sure he cannot get to it. And if I'm wearing and its concealed, he can't.
To whom was the stipulation? Who said you could not have weapons or ammo in the house? What would have been the consequence for you had you not complied?

Just curious if this was a stipulation on him for parole to let him stay there

His parole officer. I had to meet him and he checked my background and the stipulation was on me that I had to remove weapons and ammo from the premises. While not directly addressed, it sounded like if weapons and ammo was present on the premises while he was here, then I could be considered an accomplice.
