Better to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it. IMHO, of course.

I agree if it works as advertised. I have no idea if it does or not as I haven't had the opportunity to talk to anyone that's used it yet.

I'm curious - you're very happy with the performance of [Pre-paid legal service], care to share your experience using it?
Their lack of disclosure in regard to public cases where it's actually been used, compared to similar insurance programs where the public cases are referenced made me want to shy away..

We signed up with [Pre-paid legal service] the day we took our CHL class.

I didn't and am glad for it. We took our class early Oct, applied for the CHL the next week, and are STILL WAITING on our plastic!!!

[pre-paid legal] will cover you any place you can lawfully carry. That is quite a bunch of places.
