She did not call 911 and we did discuss this thoroughly. I do not think there will be any issues since there was definitely a disparity - two young ex-military types vs my lovely sweet 60 yo bride. I know several Dickinson LEO and they are a good bunch. If anything comes up I will handle it.
So she pulled on two "sales people" that invaded her space enough to seriously alarm her. She didn't call because there may be repercussions of pulling that gun with no other witnesses... I get it if you're 60 years old and you're confronted by two guys who ignore your commands to step back.
I get it... However, if they were really that threatening, they should be reported.

It does not sound right to me at all. Since when does the SSA send people out to canvass?! The only federal types at my door have been census counters, but everyone knew they were coming.
Agreed. Her instincts sound right as rain on this one.
How is the wife? Having to draw down on somebody can be stressful, especially the 1st time. I hope she is doing ok and not having 2nd thoughts about what she did.

Went to PD Saturday AM and informed them. They did advise for her to call next time. I told them we discussed this thoroughly. .
She is fine. No second thoughts. She chalked it up to experience. As I posted previously she is thankful she has progressed this far from where she was pre-CHL.

Did the police mention any call from the "SS" guys? I'd proffer if there wasn't, they weren't "SS" guys.

They were from an independent agency selling SS supplemental policies. Recently discharged vets trying to earn a living. I don't think they called, at least DPD had no record and DPD never contacted my SIL.
