Renewal question regarding history??

When renewing does one have to resubmit your arrest history and disposition again? Ive filled out the renewal form on website, and it does not ask for it, however the check list has
Court Documents of pending charges or convictions (if applicable)
on the check list.

Are they asking for any arrest/pending charges since the original was issued? Or all arrest convictions. If it is for all arrest I will have to obtain the information again as 4 years ago my wife accidently sent them my copies with my original packet. can anyone advise so I can get started. seems like they wouldn't need the old arrest/dispositions as they already have examined those and issued my license. I have had no arrest/pending charges since I have had my chl.
