Legal Representation

Post by Groundhog »

Is there a site that would have information on Lawyers you can use if ever involved in a CHL incident? Or if anyone knows of some good ones in the San Antonio area, I'd be very grateful for some contact info.

I would like to know the same thing or get a referral in the Houston Area. I would like to have someone on some sort of retainer "just in case."

That is because it has been asked a thousand times. Search retainer, lawyer, etc.

Groundhog,

Not many replies probably because there have been a few threads about this fairly recently.

Here's one: http://www.texasshooting.com/TexasCHL_F ... paid+legal

If you want to see more, do a search on "prepaid legal" and read the comments on some of those. I believe the general concensus was that it wasn't really worth the money.
