#1

Post by rcasady »

I did NOT see any 30.06 posted when i entered yesterday . but im not sure what the rule is for the cook off tents . they are serving but not selling alcohol ?? any known problems with carrying in such a place ? obviously no signs posted outside the particular tent i was in .
i didnt really investigate because i didnt carry ....i know i know , but it was free booze and i took advantage and sweet talked the wife into driving me home :cheers2:

i'll be there again today and keep my eyes better peeled , i'll post if i see something worth talking about

It's a county-owned park. There possibly are some issues about professional rodeo events, but most of what goes on there is amateur.

Anyway, as far as I know, legally carrying there with a CHL has never been a problem.

A fight and stabbing occurred over the weekend, but it sounded like drunks with an ongoing grudge. Some people can think of nothing better to do on Saturday night than get a snootful and pick fights.

Some of them aren't even country musicians.
