DFW Get-Together May 14th was a blast! Thanks all!

Re: Let's Party! DFW Get-Together May 14th (Taking headcount
I finally got feedback from my group. Several want to come, but have prior commitments. In the end, it will just be myself and two others. We'll be at the range and at lunch.

Re: Let's Party! DFW Get-Together May 14th (Taking headcount
I regretfully have to bow out for this weekend (me and a +1 maybe) - we have too much to do and not enough time. The storm on April 11 caused a lot of damage and we are still having contractors and work being done (by me) around the property.
Have fun and I'll catch you another time.

I had another friend request to join us. That makes my party 3 plus me.

I am probably coming to the restaurant. My son and his fiancé will be joining me for the shooting portion. I don't know if they will be wanting to eat afterward. I'm only a parent, so I am not kept fully in the loop as to their intentions.

Ah, I forgot to mention... If anyone has a Kahr PM9 or Kimber Solo that I can try out, that would be much appreciated. I want a micro-nine for this summer weather.

Re: Let's Party! DFW Get-Together May 14th (Taking headcount
My personal requests: I want to shoot the S&W 9c, see the S&W 45c, and handle as many holsters as possible. I particularly would like to see a mini-tuck and a bellyband if anyone has one to bring, but all holsters (good, bad, and ugly) are appreciated. Also, I'd like to see a ladies specific belt if anyone has one to see if the cut difference is worth the expense.

Better get after it, Andy, the universe is counting on you......
Hey, is it OK to run a couple of slugs through a Remington 870? Friend is coming that has never shot his and would like to put something (anything) downrange with it. I've got a couple of slugs he can use in the "tactical" bay.....
Meanwhile I'll be putting the stock and long barrel back on my Mossberg. The kids had a rough time with the short barrel and pistol grip, even though it was "cool".....

I'm still in for both. I'll have my Glocks and the Henry. Not sure how much .40 I'll bring for the Glocks yet, but probably 100 rounds for the Henry. We might not need that much, but I'll have it just in case.
I'll also have my Blackhawk Serpa II and MTAC Minotaur. These are the two holsters I use the most. If I can find my kangaroo holster I'll bring it. The only two other holsters I have is the one that very basic Glock holster and a Fobus Roto holster. The Roto is kind cool, but not very good for concealment because it sticks out so far.
