Does anyone know if the Sabine River from Orange down to the gulf is Army Corp of Engineers?

Weg,
I don't think so, but I can't say for sure. Try the Sabine River Authority website (http://www.sra.dst.tx.us/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;) and see if they have some information that might help.

Just guessing that if any were, it would be USACE Galeston District, http://www.swg.usace.army.mil/and" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; clicking Recreation etc there, I don;t see anything listed, so if it's all in Texas and controlled by a Sabine River Authority only, I'd assume it's ok.
You could e-mail the River Authority to make sure that none is USACE property if you want.

None of the Sabine River or either reservoir (Tawakoni and Toledo Bend) are US Army Corps of Engineers fee owned lands.Weg wrote:Does anyone know if the Sabine River from Orange down to the gulf is Army Corp of Engineers?
