Is it properly Posted? Nokia Theater Grand Prairie

#1

Post by 5thGenTexan »

Got tickets for Nokia Theater tonight. Does anyone know if they have ever posted compliant signage for 30.06? We haven't been there since getting CHL. The only thread ive seen on here is from 2006 and last trip I made was after that and all they had was Gunbuster, their FAQ states no weapons except LEO in their official capacity weapons listed include handcuffs. I know they check purses I can bypass that problem by adding wifes carry to my belly band along with my Kahr. 30.06 site has nothing on them.

It has been a conscious effort to avoid this venue for others with no signage, but wife and I really wanted to see that little girl from AGT. What a voice and future that kid has.

My wife and I are going as well. http://www.texas3006.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; shows that it's posted but i don't know for sure if it is.

FYI, I hear that the little girl isn't on tour with everyone, that's just internet rumors though.

texas3006.com shows the Houston one posted, not Grand Prairie.

Gunbuster only searched purses but no metal detectors.

Last time I was there they had a gunbuster sign that said something like "Absolutely No guns allowed." I guess that's to let the criminals know that they really, really mean it. :biggrinjester:

No Guns Allowed lettering on the front door. No magnetic wand or discrete scanners in use that I noticed. A quick glance into my bride's purse but no dilligence. Maybe they were just checking to make sure that was no photo/recording/electronic stuff. Purses now resemble Diaper Bags in that there is lots of room for stuff.

That was last year. Dunno about now.
